Recruitment

GEM is a top 100 rated charity offering a research-based mentorship program for high school girls facing socioeconomic barriers to build their professional skills and achieve their academic and career potential.

Recruitment

By utilizing a variety of recruitment methods to expertly target job seekers, Malcolm HR Consulting worked within GEM’s approved budget to source quality applicants for the required roles. The services started with reviewing and revising the job ad, posting and screening, conducting phone interviews, and then participating on the interview panel with management. As part of the posting phase, we conducted targeted sourcing by reaching out to potential ideal applicants that did not see the job ad and made them aware of the opening, and encouraged them to apply. Malcolm HR Consulting was able to help GEM hire for their roles in a timely manner without impacting operations.
